Daniel came in and found the problem within 15 minutes. he told me what was wrong and showed me where the part was. we had to leave the damper door open so that I could have a cool refrigerator, but I did have to order the part online and I am awaiting it's arrival. I do know how to connect it back and put it back into place and then I will just have to put in two screws and be good to go. There was no way he would have done all of that on the first day because that part had to be ordered and it normally runs around $200 to $250. I was lucky I found it on eBay for $85 brand new.

This was the best repair service I’ve ever received. He’s experienced and very knowledgeable with his work. He even went over and above to make sure I knew what he was doing and shared with me preventive measures to keep my machine working for a long time. I feel like I have a brand new washer & dryer.
