I had my very first EMG test today and it was my first time at the facility. The staff from start to finish was extremely friendly, they were prompt and got me in and out much faster than expected. The front desk staff were so friendly and the Tech and Doctor made the test pleasant and got me through it with ease. I would highly recommend them for any services they provide.
I had such a positive experience at both of my appointments. I had barely any wait time and each of the people I dealt with were so friendly! I’m not the most comfortable in healthcare settings but they completely put me at ease. They explained everything and answered every question I had.
Just had first Emg, Staff was so amazing! They distract you during the process so you dont notice the slight pinches of needles entering muscles.Omg the dr was so funny and friendly. Im sad his time was short as he had jokes made it a easy experience. I was done in like 20 mins or less
