As I sit outside waiting for 10a I realize that’s why these clothes have been in my car for months. 10a only and if clothes left outside they will be thrown away, is crazy. Then I saw a family walk out and one of the children shouted donations. In that moment 10a didnt matter. It’s not families fault I have to wait so waiting is what I’ll do. Patience gotta be practiced and now is the perfect time.
Superb individuals, that make up a decent team. These people care. Oftentimes, I will attend their free lunch program. It also doesn't hurt that it's about 100 yards from our back door.!
Awesome staff, very informative and willing to help with my questions. Great people skills are employed here. I witnessed a woman not having a great day while visiting and she was met with the utmost respect and patience. Defused with kindness and understanding, it was a 180 in the tone and trajectory of the intended ending. Thanks so much for the display of how things should go when met with hostility.
