We have used Absolute ProCare twice now, and could not have had a better experience each time. We have two dogs, one of which has been struggling through potty training. Each time we have had our carpets cleaned, it’s as if they were brand new afterwards. Absolute ProCare’s staff is so professional, from the person who schedules the appointments, to the call and text you receive for confirmation (a text in the days prior, and a call once they’re an hour or so out), to the person doing the cleaning. Wow. I am more than happy with the results after using Absolute ProCare. My carpet looks great and I was shocked at how many of the old stains came out. There were some nasty pet odors and carpet damage/stains that I thought were beyond help that are gone after he cleaned the carpet.He made sure not to promise that the stains would be gone and was very honest with his assessments of what he thought the result would be. So I never felt misled that the carpet would look as great as it does.There were a few areas that he spent extra time and effort scrubbing to get the stains out and I appreciated the effort.I love to support local family businesses whenever possible so...read full review

We will absolutely use Absolute ProCare again. With 4 dogs the need arises quickly. I was happy to find a local company not part of a larger franchise - went that route before and didn't get the service that we got from Wes. Much more reasonably priced.Problem areas were addressed and taken care of - carpet looks awesome, stubborn pet 'spots' gone, upholstery cleaned and looks like new.
