I just had the most amazing couples massage! Bob was my massage therapist and when I tell you that this was the best massage I’ve ever had, I absolutely mean that! He knew just what to do for my sciatica, but didn’t only focus on that like many other people will. I still got the full body experience and left completely pain free!

I had the inferred sauna with Amber and it was amazing. I started with the heat low and worked my way up. The gradual heat really helped to loosen my muscles and I got a great sweat at the end. Afterwards, I got a mini fascia massage which was perfect. My muscles were all warm and it felt fantastic. I felt like melted cheese all day, which was perfect. 10/10 recommend if you were thinking about going. So relaxing and you’ll feel wonderful the next day.
