Whoever said the staff is friendly is lying. You won’t get a smile or warm greeting. And yes the prices are high. But I can’t find another close dry cleaner with superior customer service otherwise I’d go elsewhere. They’ve never damaged my items though, so for the I’ll give them 2 stars.

Wow is all I have to say. My experience with them was fantastic so professional and they take such great care of your clothes. I had brought originally 7 hats and a suit for dry clean at another store called martinizing and they destroyed my hats. I was shocked and upset. I asked Haventown if they could fix, clean and press my hats to make them look new again from the destruction from the competitors store and they said they would try. They did GREAT!!! My hats look new and I'm going now every time and only them. Thanks Haventown cleaners!!Services: Special care fabric cleaning

This was my first experience having something dry cleaned, and it was great! Friendly staff, reasonable pricing, good turn around time - I will be returning if I need anything dry cleaned in the future.
