“Okay I'm gonna say sorry in advance for the length of this review. I had a horrible experience with a salon three years ago. They took my natural grey hair & bleached it blonde. I just wanted a toner to get the yellow out. Needless to say it had to be dyed dark again, which broke my heart. So I hesitated to go to a salon again. But then I took a leap of faith & went to Shagg. The minute I walked in I knew this was it but with who? Two beautiful ladies started saying names and then one said Faith. At that moment I knew I was in the right place. I can not say enough about this salon! But there really is no words for Faith! She was so sweet & empathetic to my fear. She took her time to do what she knew would work, and when the first thing didn't she tried something else! And I can not tell you how good if feels to feel pretty again. I even went back for low lights because Faith has a plan for my hair! It's beautiful! Not dry or damaged in any way and NOT BLONDE! Go to this salon. If your looking & scared of salons, this is your salon! I am so so happy! And I even have Faith! (Pun intended ?) Thank you to all you beautiful people at Shagg! I mean every single person I spoke to in that salon were lovely, even the clients!?“

“In a crunch to get a haircut and pedicure, My Salon was very helpful and fitting me in last moment and giving me a beautiful cut and nail job. Kathy was my stylist. She was very friendly and I am so happy with the results. The place is very clean and tidy and comfortable. I will be coming back for sure for a Pedi!“
