For a person who is a well documented germaphobe, if their is such a thing, she provided the perfect amount of cleanliness and sanitation that put my mind at ease. Not only did she provide great service with explanations, but she answered every question I had with a smile. She was welcoming, the suite was relaxing, it was an all around great experience.
