Allison always has me working to improve my body's form and function. She is pushing me when I need it and complimenting me with how much I can do now. Always feel good after a session!

I've been attending group classes at Pilates Detroit for a little over a year and it is such a wonderful place! Reformer Pilates is changing my body for the better and this is the place to do it! All of the instructors are excellent. I took a class with one of their apprentice instructors and she was also excellent. The instructors care that you're performing the exercises correctly so you get the most benefit from the class. How many more times can I use the word INSTRUCTORS in a sentence?!? The facility is also nice and the owner (Allison) is kind and (holy crap!) experienced. Try Pilates Detroit, you will be amazed!
