My time the last few months with peak performance has been great. First of all the pain that I came in an injury to my knee from using a vibrational plate is 100% gone. Shane is my PT and he has been wonderful. Very patient, kind, very meticulous in explaining things while they're happening, what we are doing to progress etc. It's never boring and I love watching myself get stronger and pain-free. We are now working on balance because as I'm aging and I have issues with proprioception because of hypermobility this is key to my stability.

The Peak Performance team is awesome. They spend the time to understand my personal situation and physical goals, then craft a program to not only resolve my shoulder issue, but also set me up with tools to prevent recurrence. Highly recommended!

Evan and Shane at the Detroit location were outstanding with the recovery and rehab of my foot injury. They were able to get my foot back to full strength in order to resume the physical activities I wanted to perform again (running and basketball). On top of that they were very nice and personable. Brand new facility as well. Would highly recommend!

The team here is the most professional and caring team I’ve met in any healthcare organization. I drive over 45 minutes to receive their medical care and I have plenty of available options minutes from my home. I have received care from every one of the Therapists and each of them is special in their treatment plan and care. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They are definitely worth your drive and visit.
