Andrew was professional and personal. I highly recommend Paradigm. Very reasonable on their pricing. It's also a nice touch when they confirm with a text they are on their way with a picture of who will be doing the work.

The storm drain backed up into my basement. Paradigm was referred to me. From the phone call to make an appointment to the work that technician Mike did to clear the drain. The whole experience was wonderful. Thank you to the team! I highly recommend Paradigm.

I had an issue with my tankless water heater. The scheduler was very polite and asked me to text her some photos. They had a technician out the next day, who diagnosed the problem, performed maintenance, and helped order replacement parts for my unit.

You should know: a previous (shall we say “sandy”) service provider tried to sell me an entirely new system including an unnecessary $400 pump the last time he came by after telling me that my unit had an ailing part. This service provider *also neglected to inform me* that my existing unit came with a 25 year warranty that covered all parts.
