The culture of Michigan Urgent Care has changed drastically. Since my last visit the doctors, nurse practitioner, and staff displayed professionalism, care, compassion, and concern.
I was happy I could schedule an online appointment to visit the facility at a time that was convenient for me. When I arrived I was taken care of within a reasonable time, between 10-20 minutes. However my online registration did not take, so I had to do the whole intake again when I arrived.
The service was excellent! My husband called before we left our home. The person who answered the phone sent me a think to start the registration process. When I arrived I was already in their system and only waited about 5 minutes. The staff was amazing, friendly and attentive! If I ever need urgent care again (I hope I don’t??) this will definitely be my go to!!
