Less say the new year started off on a sour note seeing that my furnace and my brother's furnace went out the same night right before the new year kicked off smh.. We made call after call and a friend of the family recommended Torrance so we gave him a call. He came out did the initial overview and to our surprise we both needed new furnaces. Torrance said he can have us up and running just a day later and thatd exactly what he did. I have had service with Mad Dash for many years!

The owner is honest, trustworthy, and provides excellent service.

Most recently, I needed a new hot water tank.

They came when they promised, the work was completed, the cleanup was excellent!

Afterward, I discovered that the flow from my bathroom and washtub faucets was like a drizzle. I called Torrance and he came out the next morning.

He took them apart, cleaned the filters, and everything works fine!

Torrance came out for a repair call, and he was very pleasant to work with. He explained what he was doing at every step and was transparent about costs associated with each activity. Ultimately, the unit needed to be replaced. I decided to go with Mad Dash for the replacement and they were able to schedule me for the next day. I am very pleased with the service. Highly recommend.
