“From my first inquiry with Sam in office to end result, Im very satisfied with The Guy Outdoor Services. Billy the estimator was professional and answered all my questions. A grub problem took out our previous lawn and he informed us how to spray ourselves to prepare for sod.
Adam our installer arrived on time introducing himself then excavated day one in just a few hours. Day two he layed the sod and it looks great! He was respectful of neighboring driveways and property, sweeping/hosing it all away. In addition to the standard after-care info he gave, he answered all questions. My husband was out of town and he took the time for his questions as well on my phone.
I cant say enough how it matters to have the same person, a human, actually answering the phone! Sam was on top of everything whether thru text, email or phone. I had another company tell me for two months they would come by for an estimate which they never did. I found The Guy in a Facebook ad and so glad I did! The entire process was more affordable then we anticipated. ???“
