While I am putting 5 stars for Beyer Heating (as they were quick to come out, identify the issue and ultimately resolved it as soon as they could), I want to forewarn future customers that may be having their furnace replaced with Trane. I bought my furnace (Model# S9V2C100U5PSBDA Serial# 22494S9BKG) and air conditioner just 2 years ago and have already had a blower go out (which ultimately caused us to be without A/C for approx. 4 days, in some rather unpleasant warm weather, due to the part needing to be shipped). BTW I am reaching out to Trane directly about dissatisfaction with their product

Beyer is amazing! We used them to put in new heating/ cooling when we first purchased our home. They were the most fairly priced around and still are! Most recently, our AC went out and they came out the same day! AJ was awesome and explained the issue to us. Thank you Beyer!

I am so happy to tell of my wonderful experience w Breyers and specially Al. he answered my call at eight on a Sunday night and was here 12 hours later. super kind, efficient. I'm an old man and probably my top experience using an experienced technician for any service I've had. could NOT be more impressed
