AJ was awesome and explained the issue. Austin from Beyer Heating & Cooling was great. He resolved the issue in a short amount of time and walked through every step he took. Beyer is a family owned company.
I had Beyer come out many many years agobto install a central air, back then, 2011 or so i had just moved in a new house, wife gad passed and had to raise my daughter in the house that i am stillnin to this day, thank God, but i turned and watched and listened as the same central air unit that Beyer installed. Has never had one single problem, i never had a chance to say it, thank you for the work you did at my home.....
I had a leak in my steam boiler . Beyer came out that dayx diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed the following morning. Great company to work with. FIVE STAR!
While I am putting 5 stars for Beyer Heating (as they were quick to come out, identify the issue and ultimately resolved it as soon as they could), I want to forewarn future customers that may be having their furnace replaced with Trane. I bought my furnace (Model# S9V2C100U5PSBDA Serial# 22494S9BKG) and air conditioner just 2 years ago and have already had a blower go out (which ultimately caused us to be without A/C for approx. 4 days, in some rather unpleasant warm weather, due to the part needing to be shipped). BTW I am reaching out to Trane directly about dissatisfaction with their product
