I just had my tax return done at this location, and “Rayan” prepared my taxes. I’ve never experienced a more professional, kind, and courteous young woman. Not only did she prepare my taxes in an incredible amount of time, but despite being busy, took the time to explain everything I asked and did it with a smile on her face. I highly suggest everyone to come to the Accounting Aid Society, and to come see Rayan for an exceptional experience.

It was my first time coming here and I had a great experience! I was in and out within 30mins and it was during a busy time (3 days before tax day). My tax preparer was amazing, I think his name was Zack

The only negative experience I seemed to have noticed is the call center representatives. A few of them need to have more patience when speaking to clients that are trying to make appointments. Being nice nasty doesn't leave a good reputation for the Accounting Aid Society. Let's do better ladies!
