As a first time tattoo-ee, this is what I imagine when I think about exceptional service. The atmosphere in the shop was welcoming and calm. Kristian did a great job explaining the tattoo and aftercare processes. He checked in with me multiple times to make sure that I was comfortable and didn't need a break. My tattoo came out absolutely amazing and I will definitely be returning.

I came to Erin specifically because I was looking for someone with a certain style and also appreciation for the project I was taking on. I searched for years and am SO HAPPY I waited until I found her. She is a dream come true. She rocked out an entire leg sleeve in 4 sessions.
She is professional, collaborative, and takes very good care to maintain a clean environment and a healthy healing process. You feel like you're chatting with an old friend. On my other tattoos elsewhere I've just popped in headphones and gone to my happy place, but I enjoy her company too much to zone out here. (Plus they always have the best music playing).
