Sterling Homes & Improvements is a great company all around. They did the siding on my home and redid the porch with trex and did a great job on both. I had multiple quotes for siding and their price was the best by a long shot and they were one of the only companies that seemed genuinely honest. I communicated with Mandi throughout the entire process and she was great. She was very responsive and thoroughly answered any questions I had. The crew did a great job with the siding and porch and they were on time every day and cleaned up everything very well afterwards. I am extremely happy with the work provided and will be back for any future needs.
Save yourself the trouble of searching and just call them! I recently had to do a major project and they did amazing work. I cannot recommend them enough. Mandi is amazing, and so is their crew. Top-tier work and so easy to work with!
Sterling Homes & Improvements did an amazing job for us! Mandi worked with us from the very beginning to guide us through all our projects (siding, decking, roofing) and she was always extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to get that kind of service...several of the other contractors we interviewed for these projects didn't even come close. A huge thank you to Jason also, his expert carpentry, friendly personality, and work ethic, was unbelievable....the quality of his workmanship is the best we've ever seen! Thanks again :)Dave & Jodi
