First time at the salon for my 11 year old son. Sherry was amazing! She gave him the royal treatment with eucalyptus scented hot towels, massage, and above all...a great haircut! He has been to several other salons and typically walks out slightly disappointed. Sherry nailed it this time and we'll definitely be back! Highly recommend !

Nicole was absolutely outstanding. She's was nice and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. I got a haircut I've never gotten before and I just told her to do what she thinks would look nice. Im 33 and it was the best cut I've gotten in my life. THANK YOU NICOLE!

This location just isn’t the same since the new owners took over. They took away the punch cards when customers have been using them for 6 yrs, they raised the prices, half the staff that have been there forever aren’t there anymore (red flag), they no longer provide water for the clients (pretty sure that’s an OSHA violation), and the staff that’s still there you can just tell the vibe is different! I wouldn’t be surprised if this time next year they all leave and it’s just an over priced great clips! This location was the go to local haircut place and I think I will be looking for a new place to take our kids!

I came in without an appointment. I didn't have to wait long. The staff was friendly. The haircut was the best I've had in quite awhile. I wish I could remember her name. I will be returning for my next cut.

I was not greeted politely when asked to enter my phone number when arriving. Then I was skipped over when I was on deck. Unfortunately not the greatest experience.

This place has the worst customer service, I was the next up to get a hair cut, the lady asked me if Judy could take me she would be right back so she could take the guy waiting after me. I said ok well Judy came back with a coffee and took someone who wasn’t on the list. So they took me off the list entirely to take a walk in. Very unprofessional and I will not ever return here! I have three boys we take here once a month
