I switched to McDowell eye Care quite a few years ago after I got fed up with my previous I place constantly changing my appointments last minute. I really like everyone who works in the front office and the doctor takes time to make sure you're comfortable with changes in prescription and other issues one might be experiencing.
I write this review today though, because I called about a stye issue my daughter has been dealing with since may. I called and they called me back within the hour to get her in the next day. Frustrated with a prior vision place, I asked a dear friend for a recommendation on where to go. She recommended McDowell Eye Care and I'm so happy that she did! Dr.Davies and the staff were so kind!! I had the best experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr.Davies knows her stuff, and was so warm and caring! I seriously cannot say enough great things about this office!! Thank you everyone for such a great experience! I highly recommend this office for your vision needs 10 out of 10!!
