When the A/C stops working in the middle of June, it’s almost a given that the solution will be a headache. This was my first time using Rolls (though our church contracts with them), from beginning to end, the experience was zero hassle, informative, convenient, and best of all…successful. HVAC repair is expensive. Theres no getting around that. But when the service is good…that’s everything!

Zach G. was outstanding. He came out to work on our AC unit and not only got the job done right, he took the time to walk me through some things about our HVAC system that I genuinely didn’t know as a homeowner. The kind of stuff you wish someone had told you years ago. You can tell he actually cares about doing good work and not just collecting a check. Honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

From start to finish, Rolls has been excellent to work with. I noticed their signs outside of my neighborhood and gave them a call because I like supporting local business. They had a tech out shortly to our house. Kait, Zach, Jake, Carlos, Tom-everyone involved were incredible to deal with, very responsive, very professional, and made us feel like we truly mattered and weren’t just another number.
