Scheduled an appointment to have an under mount sink replaced. Scheduler said they would be able to replace the under mount sink. When Matt M showed up to complete the job he said he would not be able to complete the job due to it being a quartz counter top. He called his manager a waved the fee to come to the house due to a miscommunication with the scheduler. I asked her multiple times if they could replace an under mount and she said yes. Matt M was very knowledgeable and professional will be contacting Rolls for other jobs.
