“I have long, fine, tangly hair, & was so overdue for a shampoo, cut and blow dry. Adam took his time and really listened to me, he was so careful and professional throughout, making sure I felt heard and understood as to my hopes for my hair. I ended up with the most beautiful, long, healthy, straight, shiny, swingy, glossy hair... it turned out so beautiful! I swear it was like my healthy hair from my youth came back again. I am so very pleased, I have to say it was what I wanted and more, it came out even better than I could have anticipated. That the place is so friendly, relaxing and home-y is just the icing on the cake (they even brought me a coffee when I mentioned how much I love it!) Highly recommend!“

“Shout out to Nicole for being so helpful and pleasant! I'm in here often and always have a good experience and welcomed by staff. I usually decline help since I do my research and usually know what I'm getting when I'm in there...but this time was different. My face was experience major dryness and several irritation, unusual for me, and I was trying different products. She asked if i needed help and recognized me for the other day. I must have gave her a look cause she said "what are looking for"?. I proceeded to show her what I had tried and the problems I was having. She immediately knew what ingredients were giving me the problem and what might help. She recommended The Ordinary Barrier Serum and omg...it worked wonders on my redness and irritation! I love it. She also recommended some others items for my wrinkles since that was also an issue and she said "here's what I use, you can take a pic and do some research if you want." There was NO pressure and I'm so happy I let her help me! I'll definetly be asking for her help in the future when needed!“
