My family has been seeing Dr. Streff for a couple years now. He’s kind, and very knowledgeable. He’s also very direct and honest even if you don’t like to hear it. But we appreciate him wanting the best for our health and always taking every step necessary to figure out anything that we have concerns about.
Not sure about the mixed reviews here. I have always had an easy scheduling process and straight forward billing. I see Angela White and Ann Henley and have never waited over 5 minutes. Ive found my care to be excellent and my appointments not rushed.
My family joined Fenton Family Medicine right before Covid hit, and we did not get off to the best start. However , we have been very happy with the care that we received there since.… We see Dr. Zerafa, but most of the time are scheduled with Lisa Hill, his nurse practitioner , who we have come to love and actually request now. She has been amazing ,thorough and very knowledgeable for us, not to mention compassionate and friendly. They are always able to accommodate us with a Same day appointment when needed If we have a sudden concern or illness, and are very efficient in following through with prescriptions or follow up appointments.
