Great experience. I am a Do-It-Yourself person - but I'm glad I paid a bit more to have these guys do it professionally. They installed a new iron filter this morning - and their plumbing work was A++. My sales rep Jeff was very professional - and the installers John and Brian did a great job working the unit into my existing plumbing setup. Neat and tidy - just the way I like it. If you are looking to have RO and a water softener installed this is the best company to use. They are professional, friendly and on time . A professional sales representative will come to your home, test your water and explain all options to you. After mine was installed they also installed units in both of my son’s homes. I no longer buy bottled water and the difference in my skin is amazing. Also shower walls and doors no longer have soap build up. You will use way less product as well. In the end it is a big savings it is a “Win Win”
I had a water softener system installed this summer by Douglas Fenton office ,and after a few months it is working flawlessly. Fair price, installer took extra steps to do a great job functionally and cosmetically. Would recommend them to anyone exploring a system.
