We had used Martin Rosas since we moved to Saugatuck for many different projects providing his company with every opportunity he could have imagined. Unfortunately Martin is a very poor communicator and consistently tried to charge for his own mistakes or for services never provided. Very unprofessional how he treated my wife after all the Thousands of dollars we provided. Can't believe how he runs his business. His loss for sure!

I hired Martin Rosas to do some clean up and improvements at my property. I hired him via my house manager and received by email the work that was to be completed. I requested that he NOT do 2 of the items on the invoice and he in fact did not do them. I then paid him for all the work he did and didn't pay him for the work he did not do. He is now insisting on being paid for work that was not done ands calls me "cheap". Martin says I should talk to my house manager, but she didn't do the work, she was simply a messenger between us. He has been a frustrating unreasonable man to deal with on this job.
