Every once in a while a polish doesn't work as expected. Mine came off too quickly by chipping. VIP nails was very gracious and had me come in to fix the Nails. Now they are beautiful and I'm very grateful that they made it so easy to remedy the issue. Also, I've noticed that the atmosphere is very friendly and the music in the background is very calming. Some people complain about the parking but I easily found parking right across the street. No problem at all.Service: Manicure

I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday and, I was able to get a manicure & a pedicure right away. The salon was cleaned, organized and well staffed. My nail tech was Shawn and he mentioned that the salon is also open on Sunday's, but the best time to come is during the week when business is slower.
