I would describe the staff from Village Animal Clinic as thorough, knowledgeable, patient ( not just with my dog but with me too) and compassionate. They took such great care of my little girl!

2nd time here and we felt comfortable coming back. At first my Charli was whining and didn’t remember them but as soon as they came in the room she was better. Staff is kind, knowledgeable, and professional! More experience than your average vet but I knew that coming in, since they are a specialist! I get it and will be back in a year to check my pups tooth! Thank you for your kindness!

Village Animal Clinic is amazing!!! They were not any more expensive than any of the quotes from other pet dentists for the extractions our cat needed. She had horrible stomatitis and Dr. Hoane was the only one who was able to look in her mouth without causing our cat to run. She was incredibly gentle in the examination and the staff have gone above and beyond to make both Selena and us fur parents feel better about the whole thing! She ended up having to have all her back teeth removed on top and bottom, and the staff has been available noon and night for any of this worried mom's questions. Thank you Village Animal Clinic and Dr. Hoane!!!
