I enjoyed my experience at tolonen family pet store so much. I went in with questions about the best food for my dog I left out with every answer needed. Her store is extremely pet friendly and as person who has groomed his dog for all 8 years of his life I have finally found a comfortable place to take him.

By far some of the best service ever. Very friendly people work here and they are very informative as well. The prices are also reasonable and they male sure you get your discounts if applicable.

Tolonen Family Pet shop has truly become a part of our daily life. As soon as we hit downtown Farmington my dog knows exactly where she’s going haha. Definitely Doggy Approved! ⭐️ The shop has become like an extension of our family. We go in daily- if not for products then for visits as I work with my dog, Daisy, walking her around/training. Our dog is almost 8 months now and the shop has been with us every step of the way since we got her at 8 weeks. I met Morgan (The Dog Lady) there- our trainer and now just a great friend! We know many of the employees and they treat us so so well. They love my rambunctious and curious 5 year old as much as they love my dog and for that I’m so grateful! ? We are so thankful to have this walkable place so close to home! They are so knowledgeable as far as any pet product you could possibly need- from food, to grooming, to training and even pack walks, we would have been lost without them! Words can’t express how much we love this place! It’s brought us lot of joy, it’s just a wonderful, wonderful place! ??

Tolonen is great for my dogs nail trims. I am very picky about their nails but they always get it right! I believe the groomers name was Elle. The store also has great items and good prices. This is a community gem. Thanks!

Gave my dog a treat without asking about her dietary restrictions. We've been battling a case of diarrhea. Next time ask dog owners what kinds of treats their dogs can tolerate!

Love this pet shop, always try and buy local when possible! They need our business They have great quality food for our fur babies. (But please, please try and keep our pups Farmina food in stock if possible. It’s a great company with high quality ingredients Shiloh loves!) Really dislike buying from the big online stores.

I moved back into the area a few months ago and had been on the hunt for a new groomer for my dog. I really liked my old groomer (from out of state) and the couple that I tried before I went here did not do a good job on my Corgi. I had a high bar but Tolonen definitely reaches it! Always satisfied with how my dog turns out after his bath and trim. They even brush his teeth too! You also get a discount on the days your dog gets groomed too, so I wait to stock up on treats and food until the next grooming appointment. All the employees here are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They sell good quality food that is hard to come by anywhere else for both dogs and cats.
