I walked in to an overwhelming amount of tile choices. Jennifer guided me to the porcelain tiles. She answered questions and made suggestions. I was able to make a decision after a couple of days and she helped me to obtain a sample to match with other items related to my job.

i wanted to share my outstanding customer service experience with the best tile shop in the metro detroit area -- the tile shop on grand river in farmington, MI. it is largely due to its manager, john hoffmeyer, who made it not only a positive transaction for my bathroom renom, but one that i will repeat in a few years when i redo my kitchen.
i needed some serious tile for my bathroom reno. i received a one-on-one consultation with kyle who was a terrific help to me as i coordinated tile types and colors. i was pleased with my choices and finalized their sale.
