“Really great service. Friendly, professional, and they do an awesome job. I messed up one of my nails after my pedicure. It was totally my fault. They fixed it for me. I was so happy with them, I treated my husband to his first pedicure for his birthday. They took great care of him, as well. They are very busy but they have adequate staffing and chairs, so you don't have to wait.“

“New to Complexion and been there twice for a facial and another time for botox. Love the ladies! Knowledgeable and sweet. Giving it 4 stars cause the front desk encounter I had was so uncomfortable. I was in line and they ask you if you want to leave a tip with the injector right there. For such a prestigious place, this seemed so odd & unprofessional. Just show me the screen and let me decide if I want to tip and how much.“

“First time with a group of girlfriends for a celebration and from the second we walked in the door we were greeted by the nicest man (thanks rob!) who made us feel comfortable and welcome our entire stay. My massage with Jen was fantastic, she listened to what I felt I needed and went above and beyond. We all truly felt cared for and felt the staff genuinely cared through our entire stay. “I wish I could give 5 million stars!! The quality of the tan is lovely and the salon is so clean and well appointed.

One thing I don’t see highlighted in the other reviews is the body positivity aspect. Let’s be honest, there’s a vulnerability factor when you stand nude in front of someone. Nikki is super professional and she is so accepting of all body types, stretch marks, cellulite, etc. She even has a big sign saying the only rule is not to talk negatively about your body. 💕

Her accepting and no-nonsense approach completely sets me at ease.

I highly recommend a spray tan with Nikki! Also her communication about all logistics and skin prep is top notch! I can’t think of a single thing that could be improved.“

She honestly had nothing to do with the issues that happened with my hair that day, but despite that, she still tried her best to calm me down, help fix things, and make me feel better during a very stressful moment on my wedding day.

You can tell she genuinely cares about clients and their feelings. She was sweet, respectful, patient, and professional the entire time. Even after another stylist ruined my hair, she still stepped in and tried to help as much as she could.

“This place is clean, with a great variety of options! I go to get color before vacation! However, I don't know why I'm the only one that seems to feel judged as SOON as I walk in the door. Not to mention, the side eyes the girls give each other like I can't see it or something. It's very rude and it makes me feel very awkward as I'm sure you're talking about me when I walk away. So, if you want the high school interaction where you feel like you just walked into the mean girls lunch room. This is it! If you want a great Tan with tons of options, this is also it.
