Pat did a fantastic job and talked through the engineering of what was being checked. He knew his stuff and was very helpful. Excellent service! A/C was back up and running within 20 minutes. Any company would be extremely lucky to employ Paul B. He is the epitome of professionalism. A Shower Diverter was replaced within a few hours. Kody answered questions without getting agitated. He is a great professional. It was worth the price paid and hassle free. Kody D. showed professionalism, patience, and answered questions. It was 107° out and Davio didn’t lose his cool. He had a hard time with removing the rear Spark plug, but didn’t give up. New spark plugs and a new air filter were requested. Once brought to his attention, he took care of everything. Leo was great to talk to about the A/C system. He was on time, work was performed in a professional manner and was done in a quick time. The customer was kept informed about the progress along the way.
The crew was great for our system installation. Julian, Matt and Amon worked steadily between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm to complete the job. Installation, clean up and review were more than professional. Thanks to Cregger and the team.
I needed a Shower Diverter replaced. I contacted Cregger, and they sent Kody D. out to my house within a few hours. Originally I was interested in replacing it myself( I am not a plumber), however once I watched Kody remove and replace it I was extremely happy on my decision. What took him a few hours would have taken me way longer with a lit of frustration.
Kody answered my questions without getting agitated. He is a great professional.

It was 107° out and Davio didn’t lose his cool. He had a hard time with removing the rear Spark plug. The access to it is next to impossible. Davio didn’t give up. I had to request new spark plugs and new air filter. He had to go back to his supply house to get those items. Had I not questioned him regarding the spark plugs and the air filter, I don’t think he was going to supply them. Once I brought it to his attention, he took care of everything.
