Each and EVERY time I have dealt with Tide Cleaners on Orchard Lake Rd north of 13 Mile road, I have been MORE than happy. The people are wonderful, friendly, kind etc etc. My order is ready within 2 days. Everything has come out Perfect!!
I brought in a school mascot suit to be dry cleaned and the service was amazing. They were awesome with answering all the questions I had regarding the process and the turnaround time was very reasonable for all of the different pieces for the suit. I will definitely continue to do business with this place. If you haven't been here yet for dry cleaning, I'd strongly recommend coming to Tide Cleaners. It smelled amazing and was cleaned perfectly.
I called over five dry cleaners in the West Bloomfield and Farmington Hills area to dry clean a suit. Every location told me it would take 5 to 7 days to get it back tide cleaners got it done within one day and charged a third of what everyone else was charging. the best price with the best customer service and the fastest time. I usually only write reviews when I have a bad experience. This is the first review that I remember writing that is for a good reason I will be taking more dry cleaning there and I will be taking laundry there as well!
