My experience was TRULY awesome ! I learned so much information. I was very concerned and had received a diagnosis from my dermatologist. After the scalp analysis I was given pertinent information regarding the hair thinning I was experiencing. Sarah took her time and asked me several questions during my experience here at the hair spa. I love the way she knew exactly what the problem was with my hair and scalp . It was a relief to learn I had other options by following the things I was told to incorporate in my daily routine . I had and amazing experience at Root Hair & Wellness Spa, and would give it more stars if possible. Sarah is so professional, attentive, caring, knowledgeable, and deeply cares about the getting to the root of my hair struggles and takes a wholistic approach. I booked the Ultimate VIP Scalp Getaway, which included a scalp analysis, scalp scrub, massage 💆♀️ , steam treatment, a deep cleanse of my hair, and more. It was so relaxing and healing. I also appreciate how thoughtful Sarah was in choosing and making many of the products she uses (natural and clean ingredients). I've found myself really sensitive to strong scents. I enjoyed every minute of my Scalp Getaway , Sarah had amazing service and explained everything I needed to do in detail and answered and questions I may have had . She took her time and my scalp was completely different than when I came in. Booking was easy and fast 10/10 would recommend
