I had luxury vinyl plank and carpet installed in two different areas of my basement. Throughout the process from the initial quote to the final payment, Andrew, Todd, and Ashley were great to deal with. Danny and his crew did an excellent job with the luxury vinyl plank install, and the same goes for Mario, for the carpet install. This is my second time using Pleasant Flooring, and I highly recommend them!
Excellent experience all around - the best price, wide selection of top quality carpet, easy to schedule an install date, wonderful people to work with. Our new carpet is so beautifully installed! Also, the carpet installers are well-treated and loyal to Pleasant Flooring because working conditions are much better than working for big box stores. They did a great job with our complicated floorplan.
Amazing work and craftsmanship
The put in a hickory hardwood floor. Its absolutely beautiful. I give these guys 10 stars. They also did hardwood for my girlfriends new house. Same thing, excellent work.
