We built our custom home for our young family with P&B and couldn’t have been happier with the result. They are the perfect size company for what we were looking for: not too large where we would get lost in the shuffle. While they have floor plans to offer, you also have the ability to use your own plans. Their contractors were easy to work with and assisted in selecting fixtures and finishes that really helped give our home a personal touch. With so much of new residential building following the “cookie cutter” model, it was refreshing to work with builders that were able to build exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to build a reliable custom home for their family.

We reached out to Pine early last year just asking for options with our little home, no idea what we could do, a budget or what was feasible. They sent out someone to talk to us, then their architect and immediately provided some ideas, options and quotes. Not know how remodels work, they set us up with everything we needed and guided us through the entire process; from construction loan financing to homeowners and risk insurance during construction. They got started right away and made it feasible for us to live in our home during a major remodel and 2nd story addition. All of the crews and staff were extremly friendly, responsive, helpful, trusting and detailed. By Thanksgiving we were moved back into our home, no longer a 900 sq foot ranch, but a 1900 sq ft 2 story beautifully remodeled home with room to grow! As our family put it, a picturesque hallmark beauty! Every wall and floor was perfectly finished, trimmed and pained, down to every last detail. We highly recommend Pine for any project. Had them come out to complete estimate or an added master suite on top of our garage. Guy came out didn't seem to care about what we wanted asked very lil questions and only talked about his medical conditions. They sent us an estimate almost a $100k. We already got two estimate before each less then $50k... Of they didn't want to do work why didn't they just say so. Complete waste of time and unprofessional.

I called for a free estimate for an new addition on the back side of my house for a new kitchen and after I told her the size the office manager said they were not interested in something that small LITTLE did they know I wanted 2 additional additions added next year. They lost out on a 75-100k job
