I was scheduled with phase 1 Kyra for a wash, blow-dry, trim, and ironwork, but I changed my mind and declined the iron. Kyra was friendly and professional. Her skills were good, especially her washing technique, although the chair and bowl in the washroom weren't comfortable, causing back pain due to the chair's recline. She informed me of the products she was using beforehand. I mentioned I avoid many products because they make my hair oily and heavy. She dried my hair thoroughly. She prefers the light hand-drying technique. She trimmed my ends. I appreciate that she called an instructor over to make sure she was using the correct technique. When she was unsure about the front trim again, she called another instructor. I believe she said her name was Ms. A. She came over, demonstrated what to do, explained it to her, and reinforced it, as she would in class. I thanked her, and she said, I'm over there if you need me again. Kyra finished the other side perfectly. With that, she earned my trust, so I let her flat iron it. It was warm inside, I mentioned it, and I noticed it started cooling down after about an hour. Great vibe, music, and conversation! I will be back to see Kyra.

I had a stylus named Riley, who was very very good. She had an amazing attention to detail, and my hair looked and felt amazing. My husband had a stylist named Cara and she too was very good and did an amazing job on my husband’s head. We will return.
