Well this company is destroying small shops and thousands of family by head hunting , 100's of Salons have closed because of them . They require stylist to take the business from the salon that built them in most cases . Fair Trade Secret law . Client data is a salons trade secret . When I asked the district manager if that bothered him and he laughed at me and said it's just business . Of course Client have every right to go where they want but the stylist has no right to our data .... it's not a coincidence that when one opens many of the shops around them close .... remember 90 percent of the stylist are built from the salon .support them and you support what they stand for! Corporate companies have done this for years . Tort another law that they break . What's said is 80 % of the renters end up back in a salon and having to rebuild the client they lost over the foll[owing 24 months of working for this company. They don't tell the stylist this . They make them think they work for themselves but if they looked they would see that my salin suits is actually a licensed business of cosmetology. And if your rent is late they lock you out of your room. Why would anyone work for them? Greed and ambition can make someone do crazy things , like leave the ones who love you and helped you for years

    Esteemed Counsel,

The company in question has been engaging in practices that have led to the detriment of numerous small businesses and families, resulting in the closure of hundreds of salons. By enticing stylists to divert business from the very salons that nurtured and developed their careers, the company may be in violation of Fair Trade Secret laws, as client data is considered a salon's proprietary information.

During a discussion with the district manager regarding this matter, the manager callously dismissed concerns regarding the misappropriation of client data as a mere aspect of conducting business. While clients certainly have the prerogative to patronize the establishment of their choosing, it is imperative to recognize the stylist's obligation to protect the confidential information of the salon.

Notably, a significant number of stylists who join this company find themselves returning to traditional salon employment within a span of 24 months, often facing the arduous task of rebuilding their client base. This information is frequently withheld from stylists, who are led to believe they are operating independently when, in reality, they are functioning under the auspices of a licensed cosmetology business. Furthermore, instances have been reported where tardy rent payments result in stylists being unlawfully locked out of their designated workspaces.

The predatory practices of the company, which have been prevalent for an extended period, potentially infringe upon established legal principles, including tort laws. It is regrettable that the allure of financial gain and professional advancement has led some individuals to forsake the support and loyalty of those who have nurtured their careers over the years.

In conclusion, it is evident that the actions of the company in question raise serious ethical and legal concerns. It is incumbent upon the relevant authorities to investigate these matters thoroughly and ensure that the rights of small businesses, families, and individuals within the cosmetology industry are safeguarded against such exploitative practices.
