GET AN ELETRICAL INSPECTION!We hired Mulligan to install new siding on our house about 10 years ago, and were very pleased with the results, price, and service.However, I just went to replace some of our outdoor light fixtures and found numerous code violations. They didn't mount the lights on an electrical box (rated for outdoors), instead they just screwed them into the siding cover box, making it impossible to mount a new light. The wiring used electrical tape instead of wire nuts, and had bends in the wires that are more than code allows (bent wires can start fires). They also failed to seal a hole in one of the installations so it was solid wasp nest inside.Trying...read full review

My parents had their roof replaced by Mulligan, and they were greatly satisfied with the work and professionalism of the entire team. Chris Habucke was especially helpful and friendly with my older parents, making them very comfortable with the entire process.

Mulligan was wonderful to work with! I bought my first home in Beverly Hills (July 2020) and had to have all new windows, back doors, siding, gutters, and a roof put in. The entire team made the experience stress-free. The owner (Cory) talked to me about my vision for the house and really helped make it happen! He even walked around the neighborhood with me to get inspiration. All of the contractors were great guys, very clean and on time.I had an issue with one of my windows shortly after the job was done and they were back out within the week to fix it.
