I had the pleasure of working with Zack and Mrs. Michael’s to repair my sump pump. They worked diligently to move my appointment from this upcoming week to the end of last week because of the fumes and an older person residing in my home. Zack was professional, courteous and friendly. He explained everything from what happened to the solution. I was provide several options and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely work with Mrs. Micheal’s again and definitely would recommend this company

I was skeptical of Mrs. Michael when I booked an appointment and found out that they required a service fee to provide an estimate for any work. As it turns out, though, it was money well spent!
Mrs. Michael sent Justin P out the next day to review the job and provide an estimate. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and provided details of the work that would be required for the job and what the cost would be for each item required to complete the job. When I informed Justin that I needed to get the job completed as soon as possible, he made a quick phone call and confirmed that he could have Patrick H available within a couple of days to perform all the plumbing work... read full review

Seth came out on two separate occasions for plumbing issues. He cleaned all my drains and cleared up my drain fly problem. He came back a second time and fixed two leakage problems in my crawl space. Each time he was so friendly, helpful and efficient, and got the jobs done in a timely manner. He also gave me helpful suggestions, information and recommendations. If I ever need work done again, I will definitely ask for Seth. Just an all-around nice guy.
