Worst experience. The lady totally ruined my hair style. I asked her to not cut much on the upper part of hair but she suggested to remove more and totally ruined it. I don't understand how do these people get certified as hair stylists. Never gonna visit here again.

Worst experience ever in my life the black lady I don't know her name messes up with my hair used trimmer on top of my hair and make one side to 4mm and she was rushing and using trimmer so harsh on my neck one advice to all the clients if your going to this salon don't go to this lady she will make it worse for you thanks

My husband doesn’t usually go to this location but since it was on his way home from work today, he decided to go there. He came home to show me his hair before he goes to get it fixed. One side burn was noticeably uneven with the other, parts of his mustache were off. They didn’t take their time. He didn’t even want to pay for it and he shouldn’t of. Next time he will just make the extra drive to Birmingham.Service: Haircut

Mandy of Lady Jane's of Farmington Hills gave both my son and I great looking haircuts today! Moreover, she pulled up a rolling chair for my son to sit nearby and offered him a choice of water or pop to enjoy while I got my haircut. Then when I mentioned my son's skin always gets itchy and irritated by haircuts she wet his hair and gave him a maticulous scissor cut instead of a clipper cut and he was amazingly comfortable throughout the entire cut. The high level of sincere customer service was incredible. Whether you've had a poor experience in the past or not it's time to come in and see what this Lady Jane's location has become under new management!

I tried to call to make appointment and no one answered, I walked in, was barely acknowledged AND was ignored. This guy calls While I’m sitting there and they take him, whilst another not friendly stylist is fckn around. Disgusting and HORRIBLE service.

My husband has been going here for years and Corinne does a great job. He went in for a haircut yesterday and Corinne wasn't in. The hairstylist that cut his hair was the only one there. Unfortunately, his haircut is horrible and he's very unhappy with it. He showed her a photo on his phone of the cut he got last time and it looks nothing like it. When he asked her to trim more off the top/front, she just kept making the sides shorter so he stopped asking her to adjust it. It's supposed to be like a crew cut but it ended up being short on the sides and very long on the top/front like he has bangs. Very disappointed.

I just walked out of this place, my husband wanted to get a haircut and the lady who did it was rough I could hear her digging into my husband's skin, she cut his skin with a straight razor which I'm sure she needed a barber's license to use, she messed up his mustache too. I wonder why?? ohh maybe cuz she had her marijuana pen charging at the front desk. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK HERE.
