Mandy of Lady Jane's of Farmington Hills gave both my son and I great looking haircuts today! Moreover, she pulled up a rolling chair for my son to sit nearby and offered him a choice of water or pop to enjoy while I got my haircut. Then when I mentioned my son's skin always gets itchy and irritated by haircuts she wet his hair and gave him a maticulous scissor cut instead of a clipper cut and he was amazingly comfortable throughout the entire cut. The high level of sincere customer service was incredible. Whether you've had a poor experience in the past or not it's time to come in and see what this Lady Jane's location has become under new management!
My husband has been going here for years and Corinne does a great job. He went in for a haircut yesterday and Corinne wasn't in. The hairstylist that cut his hair was the only one there. Unfortunately, his haircut is horrible and he's very unhappy with it. He showed her a photo on his phone of the cut he got last time and it looks nothing like it. When he asked her to trim more off the top/front, she just kept making the sides shorter so he stopped asking her to adjust it. It's supposed to be like a crew cut but it ended up being short on the sides and very long on the top/front like he has bangs. Very disappointed.
I love getting my haircut at Lady Jane’s in Farmington Hills. This location has changed over the years but I keep coming back because of Delaney. She is super friendly and always does exactly what I like. She is on time and always seems to fit me in her schedule and keeps me updated on when she’s working if I need another haircut.
