I booked an appointment for the Inner Reset Circuit. The float therapy pods aren't working so the Red Light Therapy was offered as a substitute. I was welcomed upon entry and completed a "before my session" survey. They compare this number with how you feel at the end of the session. Everything was explained before we began each part of the circuit. I appreciate great customer service.

This really helped me. I spent 22 years in the military seen plenty of counselors and taken different medicine that did not help. Been here twice and my family can tell that I have changed emotionally and my moods are better. I can tell the difference also. I will make this a twice a month mind workout.

I've wanted to experience this facility for a few years and finally made plans to do so while visiting the area from out of town in June 2023. A few days prior to my appointment, I received communication that the circuits I had booked were down and that I could experience the other circuits. Being that the other circuits were not of interest, I immediately requested a refund. Fast forward three weeks later, I struggled to reach anyone by email and phone call as a follow-up and acknowledgment to my refund request. Finally "someone" responded by text to say that their accounting dept would post a refund in 7-10 business days. Now seven weeks later, still no refund and no response to my follow-up inquiries....very disappointed in what seemed to be a well-established and acclaimed practice to lack in its back office organization and structure. Communication and follow-through are just as essential to a sound customer experience.
