This work was for my mom’s condo. He was very understanding and walked her through the whole process and when there were items to look at that would be additional, he explained it and didn’t not pressure her.

Our 20 year old air conditioner stopped working. I called Harriman on Monday morning. Robert came out in the afternoon. Fixed three things. We had cool air that day. Professional, pleasant, thorough. Excellent service, reasonable price.

Our A/C went out on Thursday the week before and another company came out and put a band-aid on the problem, 3 times that week. We contacted Harriman on Saturday and they came out the same day. Robert from Harriman arrived shortly after we called the company. He did a through investigation, discovered the issue and promptly replaced an item the first company allegedly replaced. The A/C has been working properly since. Than you Robert and Terry for assisting us for with your great service.

Harrimans has been taking care of my parents home for many years in Northville. When my mom’s air conditioner suddenly stopped, they sent Justin Koehn out the same day. Let me tell yall... I lost power last Friday like so many others, and when it finally came back on my AC did NOT... After exhausting every google and AI troubleshooting tip I broke down and called the professionals... Steve walked right in and diagnosed the problem with one look. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable regarding my issue. I had been suffering for 2 days for a very simple fix. I would pay the service charge again for the convenience and fast service I received. Not to mention they saw me same day as my call... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was recently told my compressor was gone. When my tech Steve checked it was not that it was one of motors. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the situation. He gave the most respect and was very kind. He is a prime example for others to follow. Thank you steve
