Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I had a spa day yesterday and I cannot rave enough about Shelby and Latasha! Shelby gives absolutely amazing facials; my skin looked and felt incredible after. The massage I was given by Latasha was honestly the BEST massage I have ever had. I’ll definitely be going back to these two!

Keke was amazing my mom visited there while in Michigan and loved everything about her facial she even suggested great add ons the building as well was very comfortable for my mom thanks hand and stone as well as Keke for taking care of my mom 100% recommend this place

If I could give this location a 20 stars I would. The customer service Raven showed me was absolutely amazing she handled a issue for me with urgency, empathy and professionalism I can't thank her enough. Also Latasha is the best massage therapist!!!!! I've been consistent for a few year's between locations and the Farmington Hills location always keep me traveling back home THANK YOU LADIES!

My credit card unexpectedly declined for the monthly membership. I then received a phone call from an individual who identified herself as Briana, the Area Manager; however, I later learned her name was Sarah. After the call ended, I contacted the office to ask to speak with Briana and was informed by staff that Briana was out of the office until the following week. This conflicting information is concerning.
I have been a loyal customer since 2016/2017, dating back to when the business operated as Massage Green, and I have built strong, positive relationships with both the staff and therapists at this location. The phone call intended to resolve the billing issue was uncharacteristically rude and inconsistent with the level of service I have experienced over the years. During the call, I asked clarifying questions but was never asked to verify any information other than my credit card details.
The manner in which I was spoken to, combined with the misleading information regarding who I was speaking with, raises serious concerns and reflects a noticeable shift in the customer service culture I have come to expect.

Bravo Bravo!!!! So Today I got to experience hand&stone farmington so my first thought when I received a gift card for Christmas was i dont want this its not going to be a real massage like the spa im use to going to . Well they shut me down first from the phone call to schedule Bri was amazing then my sister wanted to join me so I called back to see if I can add her and they didn't have a opening a 3 but 1 min later a nice young lady called me back and said I have 2 spots a 6 so u both can get relax together. Thank u the best. Walk in it smelled calm and relaxing just amazing precious was welcoming and sweet. Now Dexter my massage therapist i told him I've never relaxed i just dont know how. He said challenge excepted hands down one of the best massages ever!!! I cant believe he got me to relax i almost went to sleep. I can't believe it! Thank you Dexter I felt like I was on a cloud after. I can't wait to return. Everyone check em out.

Had a great first massage with porchia, girls at front desk were super nice. Wasn’t expecting much going in and blew my expectations out of the water. Will def be back.

I heard about the spa from a friend on Facebook. I plan on visiting family in Detroit and I’m looking forward to having a day of self-care. I called just to get information and the manager Briana was amazing. She answered my questions and was so gracious and helpful. Can’t wait to visit.
