Since group five management took over oakbrooke apartments the service is at bar minimum. My ac has been out for a month and when they finally checked in on my unit they put a portable ac unit in while leaving there trash. They only care about the money not the people they get it from.
The business owner is greedy and has attempted to double charge pet fees to people if their service animal dies and they get a new one. There are videos of a court case with him on youtube. I recommend you see how greedy and insufferable this business owner is before using him.
they own pebble creek apartments Shelby township im having health issues due a smoker below me and im also smelling musty smell i dont know if its mold or something because every time i enter the apartment i start having issues nose bleed difficulty breathing and my throat get dry and start hurting and my eyes also im having alot of side effects i contacted pebble creek their not replaying to emails and they not willing to help me move to a different unit for health issues and a secondhand smoker im already talking to attorney because my health is effecting badly and their not doing anything about it
