I've never had a problem with maintenance. They always get things done right away at Spring Hills. I needed new carpeting after 12 yrs , it was replaced, new kitchen floor when needed. After 6 yrs my apt was repainted. Everything gets done. I'm happy with them but what I am not happy with is the lady across the street. She plants crap when we were told we could not. Her patio is trashed with old dead plants. This isn't the slums. I've complained once about plastic containers and they were removed. Now someone needs to go there and weed whack the dead whatever she planted and tell her it's not allowed. If it's allowed then I will be planting too.
It's a good place to work. I've been with the company since 1999. When my son was little and had no daycare they worked with me. They offer medical, dental, vision, short term, long term disability and they also have death benefits. It's hard to find a company that allows you extra time off when you really need it because life is throwing you a curve ball. Only short coming is training which they are working on. That's why a 4 and not 5 star.
Pebble Creek Apartments in Shelby Twp, MI are a great place to live. They are clean and quiet and the staff does an amazing job responding to the concerns, fixing any issue in a timely manner. Sherrie, the manager is a great leader. I would recommend this place to everyone!!
