The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced, making sure donors feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. The center offers whole blood and platelet donation opportunities and has consistent days and hours of operation, making it easy to schedule a donation appointment. Donors praise the helpful and informative staff, who provide snacks and drinks during and after donation, as well as Netflix to watch during the process. The center also offers new exercises to help prevent dizziness while donating, making the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Always had an excellent experience here. My latest platelet donation went well. The ladies were accommodating to my late arrival to my appointment. They made sure I was super comfortable once I was all set up and were all very sweet. The person who hooked me up to all the needles was gentle and I had no bruising afterwards! I can bruise easily from needle pokes especially if they are not done properly. So great job everyone. Thank you.

In the past i got a free T-shirt & a free haircut voucher. I just wish i could go more often. They have a stupid limit on how often you can donate blood ?
This place is always a Great experience. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. They make sure you are comfortable & relaxed. India is an Awesome tech and I really enjoy my visits when she is there, she has a Great personality & is an exceptional person. This is now my first and preferred place to donate.
