Paid for a very pricey procedure in advance. Was told they no longer had equipment required to perform procedure. never received my costly payment back never returned nor will I ever

They were nice to me once before, but that’s only because they didn’t have any customers ? Just called today, super rude. She said I have to make an appointment online and make the payment online as well after I drove 45 mins here! In the past I was able to make a same day appointment or even walk in and she denied that she ever offered that for me. Waste of time. Won’t be coming back...Glad it happened because I found an amazing professional spa down the street!!

I got an amazing microdermabrasion treatment from Ms. Kim.She and her receptionist were both very sweet and personable.The studio is very cute and clean.I will be back, and I recommend her services to anyone who wants to see instant results. My skin is glowing!

Very disappointed. Made an appointment to see Kim for a facial. It was confirmed a week before. Only to find out when I’m there for my appointment that she had sent an email an hour and half prior to cancel. A courtesy phone call or text would of been more appreciated since not everyone checks their email.

I got a Groupon for a Hydrafacial and Kim did such an amazing job! I have been going back monthly for hydrofacials and microdermabrasion and it has made a world of difference in my skin!
