I moved out of state, and have used many cleaners in my new location, but I have not found anybody to compare to Andy and Dubin Cleaners. I never imagined when I moved away that I would be mailing my special items back to Dubin Cleaners, but that is what I am doing now. Nobody in my new state seems to be able to get odors out like Andy can. He is a real professional. I don't think there is any better testimony to the quality of his work than this.
Plus, I miss Andy's friendly greeting. When I used to go into the store, I always looked forward to Andy's warm greeting and offer of a piece of candy.

Dubin Cleaners are true experts for Laundry cleaning! Dubin Cleaners truly care about your clothes. I had 2 long wool expensive coats that were in desperate need of being cleaned. Dubin Laundry did a 5-star cleaning of my coats. The pricing is fair for the amount of work involved. The coats smell fresh and clean. (Other cleaners often use old solvents.) Dry cleaning is a science that Dubin cleaners have mastered. It is worth the drive from Novi if you really care about your clothes.

Extraordinarily rudeCashier interrupted me three times as I dropped off a coat. Treated me with contempt. Didn't like me upon first sight. Maple franchise. I will never go back.
